Franchise President/Recruiter
Trish, Southern-born and raised, is the heart and soul of Snelling of NoCO, serving as a Recruiter and the Franchise President. Her passion and dedication to success are at the core of Snelling’s exemplary customer service. Trish truly cares about client, candidate, and employee satisfaction, as well as the well-being of her staffing team. She believes a successful business starts with happy clients and employees – and it shows! Following her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology and M.Ed., Trish has recruited and trained employees for almost 20 years, specializing in higher education, business operations, and manufacturing industries. We are proud to have such a talented recruiter at the lead of our staffing agency.

Trish’s favorite hobbies include hiking, cooking, and caring for her clients, employees, and business. She loves spending time with her husband, their blended family of four kids (almost grown!), and of course, her beloved dogs, Max, Roscoe, and Molly, whom her kids say she loves as much as them! Trish loves the outdoors and enjoying a glass of wine on her flower-filled patio.

Staffing Manager

Melanie, a Colorado native and Colorado State University graduate with a degree in Social Work, is much more than a staffing expert; she acts as Snelling’s ray of sunshine. Her positive attitude and smile are so contagious even our clients and employees can feel it through the phone. And what would the office be without Melanie’s Friday afternoon gymnastics break? (Watch Snelling of NoCO’s social media for snippets of her performances!) Her multi-faceted, staffing approach not only recruits candidates with exceptional qualifications, but she coaches, trains and ensures our employees assimilate into a company’s culture effortlessly. Melaine truly is an integral part of our premier staffing agency.

When not at work, you can find Melanie spending time with her family… and always networking to promote her employees. Melanie loves being outside with her two sons and husband, Eric, playing golf, hiking, skiing and her newest hobby, fly fishing. Her past positions working in various educational settings have given her great insight on people and empowering them to reach their fullest potential. She says she has found her perfect job… “career matchmaking!”

Director of Recruiting Operations

Michelle, a University of Wyoming alumni, serves as the Director of Recruiting Operations. Michelle’s background is also in education, specifically student retention and operations. She has a knack and passion for building relationships, resulting in an impressive network of talent and resource for her clients. Michelle has also spent a majority of her career building successful retention teams for career colleges. She has a keen eye for workplace culture and works hard to ensure candidate and client are a stellar match! Our staffing agency would be at a loss without her exceptional talent and skillset.

Michelle is the proud mom to four boys, and she loves watching them participate in their various activities from marching band to football! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Christopher, watching the Denver Broncos, as well as gardening, camping, fishing and playing with her beloved pooch, Sophie.

Staffing Coordinator

When the going gets tough, Liana gets going! Serving as Snelling’s staffing coordinator, Liana is a “Jill” of all trades, and her keen attention to detail keeps the office running smoothly. Ensuring client and candidate satisfaction is something she takes seriously – much like her love for cheese and the Green Bay Packers. Our staffing agency has come to rely upon Liana’s exceptional diligence in all she does.

Liana graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in dance. Prior to that, Liana attended SUNY Purchase where she majored in dance. Liana also attended summer intensives with the Milwaukee Ballet, ABT and Harid Conservatory.

When not at work, this Wisconsinite enjoys spending time outdoors, taking dance classes, playing tennis, going to concerts and sampling beer from Fort Collins’ many craft breweries!

Lacy Wendel

Executive Recruiter

Lacy, a Counseling Psychology graduate from Colorado Mesa University, launched her psychology, (aka amazing-with-people) career as a student mentor within the Diversity and Advocacy Centers and a Grand Junction, Colorado middle school. After meeting her now-fiance, Lacy moved to the Front Range to continue her coaching work with students in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Lacy soon found herself in the recruiting and staffing industry, earning statewide awards over the last three years, as she specializes in engineering, construction, and operations recruitment.

Lacy enjoys building rapport with clients and candidates and working with her team! In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, reading and is drawn to water, both pools and our wonderful Colorado lakes. Lacy spends time with her family, especially her adorable nephew, and her own little one, her tea-cup Chihuahua, Lola, better known as “The Bean.”
